Harry Mittelman, MD, specializes in revitalizing the face via surgical and non-surgical techniques. Dr. Mittelman was one of the first cosmetic surgeons to perfect facelift techniques, chin implant surgery, and laser surgery for the face. He has also developed specialized surgical instruments due to his interest and experience in rhinoplasty. Mittelman Extended Chin Implants and Mittelman Pre-Jowl Implants are used all over the world. These implants are recognized in the United States as the leading implants of their kind. Dr. Mittelman was also one of the first to utilize the Carbon Dioxide Laser for office-based cosmetic procedures as early as the mid-1980s.
